Water price hikes may be reduced or halted until the Federal Budget is adopted.
(3) The Minister must keep the budget books up to date and may make adjustments to th바카라e books if he considers it necessary to do so or for the good of the economy.
(4) If a State or Territory refuses or is unable to adopt, or refuse to make, the budget of the other State or Territory that is mentioned in subsection (1), the Minister shall notify the Governor in Council.
(5) Section 28 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, as amended, extends the powers, duties and functions of the Minister under this section in relation to the operation of this section, except that:
(a) the Minister’s annual budget is a legislative instrument:
(i) that is introduced only after a decision under section 32 has been taken under that section; and
(ii) only to the extent that he has notified the Governor in Council and had it adopted;
and the Minister must, in writing, give the Governor a summary of the Minister’s decision to that effect as soon as practicable after the decision; and
(b) where the Minister’s 바카라annual budget is an electoral instrument, the Minister does not, after he has notified the Governor in Council:
(i) repeal an instrument otherwise provided for by or under the Constitution; or
(ii) extend the powers, duties and functions of the Minister under that instrument to other State or Territory financial statements.
Note: A corporation, or a body corporate, of a State or Territory can also provide financial statements for the use of its members, but the Corporations Act 2001 applies in relation to the provision of such financial statements.
(6) In this section:
financial statement of another State or Territory means:
(a) a financial statement of the Commonwealth issued by:
(i) a foreign currency exchange authority; or
(ii) another currency exchange authority; or
(iii) a foreign currency swap authority; or
(iv) another currency swap authority;
that is not issued in Australian currency; or
(b) a financial statement바카라 of an Australian financial institution that is not issued in Australian currency; or
(c) any other financial statement:
that a member of the Australian Financial Services Council is required to provide under section 11A; or
(d) any other financial statement that is:
(i) in the case o
