TERRESTRIAL SEA LINK RELIANCE CORPORATION (TSLRC) was established in May 2006 and was duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a forwarding, logistics and lighterage services company. On November 8, 2012, the company was also duly accredited by the Maritime Industry Authority to engage in Domestic Shipping Business.


The company was founded and managed by highly trained professionals bringing with them accumulated years of hands on experience to maintain, conduct and manage the business of providing support activities related to maritime transportation, logistics, domestic cargo forwarding, lighterage and other allied services.


With just seven (7) years of operation, the company has grown substantially in that it was able to acquire six (6) units of its own tug boats in addition to its fleet of chartered tugs and barges (with capacities ranging from 450 horse power to 1,500 horse power); LCTs, oil tankers, hatch and deck type barges (with capacities ranging from 850 DWT to 2,500 DWT.


It has also increased its capitalization from a mere One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) to Twenty Million Pesos (Php 20,000,000.00).

Presently, the company operates several units of chartered tugs and barges providing logistics support and lighterage services to mining companies in Dinagat and Hinatuan islands in Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur, Riotuba, Narra and Rizal, Palawan and in Sta. Cruz and Masinloc, Zambales.


The company also assists and provides towing services to oil tankers and barges going in and out of Pasig River including North and South Harbour, Harbour Centre, Navotas Fish Port, the Bataan peninsula and vicinity of Manila Bay.


In September 2008, the company finally found its home in Gen. Trias, Cavite from its former office in Makati City when it acquired a property from Filinvest Land, Inc. where it built a two storey-building.


The company also expanded its business from shipping and logistics support services to hardware and construction supply when it opened an affiliated company – Brookside Lane Hardware and Construction Supply Inc. However, said affiliate had been sold recently so the company can concentrate on its main business.
